The Department of Motor Vehicles travels from Williston to Watford City on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Customers are taken during the following hours of operation:
9:40 AM - 12:00 PM

- State Identification
While the Department of Motor Vehicles does operate out of the Sanford Room located within the McKenzie County Public Library, Library staff are unable to assist in matters such as scheduling and documentation requirements as they relate to the Department of Transportation.
Test booklets issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles are available at the McKenzie County Public Library at no charge.
